Technical event production, run by the team that designed and built the event.

Audio, lighting, video, LED, staging, live streaming, show calling — delivered at the scale you need, from boardroom meetings to concert-caliber general sessions.

Technical production is the third leg — not the only leg

A lot of companies call themselves “event production” but only deliver the technical layer — the sound, the lights, the screens. That’s not wrong; it’s just incomplete. At Extraordinary, technical production is the third leg of a three-legged stool: design, build, produce. It’s what happens when our creative direction meets our in-house builds meets our engineering team on show day.

The benefit isn’t just that we run a cleaner show (though we do). It’s that the same team that designed the keynote stage knows exactly how it needs to be lit, mixed, and cued. Nothing gets lost in translation because there’s no translation happening.

The part buyers forget to ask about: show calling and production management

Gear is the easy part. Running the show is where most events make or break their reputation. Every Extraordinary event gets a dedicated production manager who owns the project from pre-production through strike, and a show caller — a real human on headset — calling every cue, every transition, every speaker walk-on. It’s the discipline most AV-only vendors don’t provide and most clients don’t know to ask for.

This is the difference between a corporate event that feels professional and one that feels nervous. Our producers rehearse your show the day before, so your CEO doesn’t walk out to a dead mic and your honoree doesn’t walk out to the wrong cue.

Why our production runs cleaner than production from an AV-only vendor

The reason this works isn’t magic; it’s proximity. When the same company designs the environment, builds the environment, and produces the show inside the environment, you eliminate the single biggest source of event-day chaos: vendors who don’t know each other’s work.

Our lighting designer doesn’t have to guess what scenic looks like, because our scenic designer sat next to her while she specced it. Our audio engineer doesn’t have to make room for cable paths, because our fabrication shop already routed them into the build. Our show caller already rehearsed with the people who know every piece of the environment — because they work here too.

An AV-only vendor has to build all of this understanding in the four days before your event. We build it over the entire project lifecycle.

Production that's part of a whole event — not a vendor on a call sheet.

Tell us about your event. If the fit is right, we’ll quote the full production. If the fit means we should be doing the design and build too, we’ll tell you that honestly.
